The most important part of the Deconstruction is Hiring ReBuild Green. After we're hired, the following takes place;

Owner gets connected with a qualified deconstruction appraiser. (Owner has the right to chose any third part appraiser of choice)

Hire a demolition / deconstruction contractor. (The State of California requires a valid c-21 licensed contractor or organization to perform the deconstruction, there is no special certification)

The material from the deconstruction is donated to a non-profit (501c-3) organization, that the owner chooses. Owners can also give the right up to the appraiser.
